Description

SGR is a sensitive gamma instrument for rapid scanning of gamma radiation from building materials and blue concrete. The instrument is robustly designed, shockproof and waterproof. The detector is based on a 2″ x 2″ large scintillating crystal of thallium-doped sodium iodide NaI(Tl) which together with radium calibration gives SGR its excellent properties and accurate presentation of the dose rate.

The integration time, with which the frequency measured value is updated in the display, is adjustable from 0.2 seconds to 1 minute, which gives the user the opportunity to scan a wall at a walking pace or get a very accurate measurement value of the dose speed. SGR is powered by 3 batteries type C 1.5V.

The product comes with a protective bag and shoulder strap.
