Description
Digital measurement instrument for monitoring radon in indoor air. Uploads the results to a PC for analysis and reporting to the end client. This instrument is battery-operated and can be positioned anywhere to monitor radon levels in, for example, buildings, schools and workplaces.
Airthings Plus uses alpha-spectrometry to determine the radon level and allows the gas to diffuse into a chamber. The detector is a silicon diode that measures the radon progeny. This instrument is calibrated against reference instruments at an accredited laboratory. The battery life is sufficient for 3 years’ use.
